He was a Station Manager at MRS Oil Nigeria, where he led daily operations, managed staff, and ensured operational excellence. He also served as an Insurance Advisor at Leadway Insurance Company, providing expert guidance to clients and strengthening business relationships. Most recently, he worked with ChabadAid Nigeria as a French Language Translator, facilitating cross-cultural communication and supporting international programs.

Uche holds a degree in Foreign Languages and Linguistics from the University of Jos and completed his mandatory National Youth Service at the Nigeria Defence Academy, Kaduna.
